My Offerings

  • 1:1 sessions offer a way to ease into breathwork, or a more comfortable way to explore your relationship to your breath in a private setting.

What to Expect

The Session:

  • Starting in circle, we will check in and ground into the space.

  • Marjorie will demonstrate breathwork patterns

  • We will find our places to lie down and breathe

  • WORK: breathe actively to music for 25 min

  • REST: rest deeply for 10 min

  • Snack and check in

What to Bring:

  • Make sure to bring: Water, Yoga Mat

  • Optional items: Lip Balm, Eye Mask, Blanket
