What to Expect
The Session:
Starting in circle, we will check in and ground into the space.
Marjorie will demonstrate breathwork patterns
We will find our places to lie down and breathe
WORK: breathe actively to music for 25 min
REST: rest deeply for 10 min
Snack and check in
What to Bring:
Make sure to bring: Water, Yoga Mat
Optional items: Lip Balm, Eye Mask, Blanket
