BREATHWORK

I have been a breathwork facilitator for 4 years. Using my intuition and spiritual background I’ve worked with many clients to gain clarity and peace within their lives. Often when people have creative blocks or are stuck, I guide them through an active breathing meditation to release the peace within and activate their creative spark. Many clients also face depression, anxiety, fear, as well anger and trauma. Breathwork allows acceptance and space to feel safe within your mind, body and spirit. Breathwork gives your mind a job to do through active breathing, which allows your body to relax and release the pain of stuck points. As the breath moves inwards, stress and tension dissolve and your heart opens. Connecting you with your spirit. After our practice of active breathwork you will have a short rest period where your body has a chance to recharge and you will receive healing and important self messages. I only operate in safe spaces and work with kindness and an open heart. I look forward to meeting my future clients. I love helping people step into their most beautiful selves.
