I'm a breathwork facilitator with five years of experience guiding clients through powerful inner transformation. With an intuitive and spiritually grounded approach, I help people reconnect with themselves—especially during times of emotional overwhelm, creative blocks, or inner confusion.

My sessions are rooted in compassion, safety, and deep listening. I hold space for those experiencing anxiety, depression, fear, anger, and trauma, gently supporting them as they access peace, clarity, and creative flow. Each session is an invitation back to your truest self—with softness, presence, and heart.

I believe deeply in the power of breath to awaken healing, and I love helping people step into their most beautiful, authentic selves.

About Breathwork


Breathwork is a simple yet profound practice that uses the breath as a doorway inward - into the body, the heart, and the truth of who you are. Through an intentional breathing pattern, you gently quiet the thinking mind and open space for deeper clarity, release, and connection.

This practice helps you clear what doesn’t belong to you - energetically, emotionally, spiritually. As the breath clears out stuck patterns and outside noise, you begin to reconnect with your own rhythm, your own knowing. It’s a way to return to yourself.

In our sessions, you’ll be guided through active breathwork followed by deep rest and integration. With every inhale and exhale, there’s an invitation: to listen inward, to feel safe in your body, and to come home to the wisdom that’s always been within you.
